i have confessed here, i’m not that much of a romantic lady! i just love the simple things, when least expected. i don’t go crazy over flowers, but i do love when mr twiggs brings some pastries when i’m not expecting those. i don’t go over the moon with “i love you notes”, but i do love when mr twiggs writes that he loved with great enthusiasm my photos, asks for my last post on the blog or gets involved with what i do. i don’t expect that living together will be easy, but my heart does smile inside when i’m angry at something and mr twiggs makes me laugh about some other thing, without paying much attention to what i was angry about. i surely don’t go ahead and plan anything for valentine’s day, because this day is filled with commercial intentions, instead of the real stuff… love. love is all around and sometimes we don’t see it throughout our days. and for whatever reason that is, sometimes we need a reality check to realize that our life is blessed though all the minor issues we have every day. i am lucky to have this man by my side and that is all i wish to celebrate today. that and all the love that we share and we show with all our friends and family. because that is all that matters.
this was found on a street in lisbon and how could i resist something this sweet and out of the blue? i love these findings! and now let’s end our day and do something out of the blue as well… and if not today, do it tomorrow, will be less expected, for sure! let’s celebrate the love among us!
